Conquering the Advert Regulations
This one day course is designed to increase the knowledge and confidence of officers regarding the practical application of the Advert Regulations. This includes how to identify what an advert is, whether an advert is exempt from control, has deemed consent, or is unauthorised. Also covered is the investigation of criminal offences, prosecution of offenders, and the removal of placards, posters and structures.
