With attention to detail and commercial awareness, Anna carefully negotiates the terms, with each client’s specific needs in mind. She also advises on tree preservation orders, footpaths and CIL.

Anna represents Claimants, Defendants or Interested Parties in Judicial Review proceedings, and the Appellant or the Local Authority in planning/enforcement (s288/s289) High Court appeals. She also deals with maladministration complaints to the Local Government Ombudsman.

Anna has a good rapport with all of our clients.
