With the PM’s announcement on 12th July COVID restrictions have been lifted as the country enters into step four of the ‘Roadmap’.
All of our staff have now returned to the office and elements of our COVID secure plan remain. These include wearing face masks and using hand sanitizer. However, we continue to be vigilant and prepared for future possible COVID restrictions.
To this end, our office doors will remain closed although we can now welcome clients popping in at our Ipswich and Colchester offices. As was custom prior to COVID we would ask you arrange an appointment if you require significant time with your conveyancer or solicitor. Equally if a client does drop in, we cannot guarantee your conveyancer or solicitor will be available.
All our staff members will still be offering Zoom meetings and Attwells overall digital commitment unaltered.
Paperwork may be dropped off by hand at any one of our offices, 24/7, although all post and deliveries are being redirected to our Ipswich office.

Whilst we are welcoming clients to pop in at our Ipswich and Colchester office, in London our appointment-only policy remains.
