COVID-19 Update

I just wanted to send a quick note to you all to assure you that Attwells is still very much open for business.

There have been a lot of changes to the rules over recent weeks and we have carried out a robust risk assessment to ensure the safety of our staff and clients.

We have a full complement of lawyers able to support you with any of your legal needs but we would ask you give us a ring before popping in so we can arrange an appointment with you that is suitable for your needs.

Attwells COVID-19 Response

Following the current Government guidance on operating safely, I can confirm that our offices are all open and fully staffed with our staff working in a COVID-safe environment.

We are however operating a closed door policy at this time.

Contacting Your Lawyer

Our reception is fully manned and you will be able to call in on our main numbers.  If you know who it is you wish to speak with, you are invited to contact your lawyer on their direct line number or send them an e-mail. This information can be found via our people page.

Offices & Post

Our London Office is closed to the public.  Post can still however be hand delivered using the post box on the front door.

Our Ipswich and Colchester Offices are now closed to the public generally. Clients attending these offices for the signing of important documents such as Wills will be required to make a prior appointment and to ring the bell at the office. Disabled access is available but please request in advance. Post can still be dropped off to these offices through the letterboxes.

All Royal Mail delivered post is being re-directed to our Ipswich Office.

Meetings

We encourage all meetings to be held via telephone, Zoom or any other form of video conferencing service.

For clients where a physical meeting cannot be avoided, we can arrange to see you by appointment at our Ipswich or Colchester offices.  Please contact your lawyer to arrange an appointment.

For clients wishing to visit out London office, due to the setup of that office, we are unfortunately unable to arrange physical appoints even by appointment.  We apologise for any inconvenience.  Please contact your lawyer to discuss alternative arrangements.

Advice & Support

If you or your business needs support at this time then we remain committed to having a chat without charge to help share our knowledge, expertise and to provide support at this uncertain time.

Our blog page is an excellent source of information and during this crisis will be updated regularly.

Keep in touch with us via social media.

Keep safe.
