Attwells COVID-19 Response
As of yesterday, evening the Prime Minister has said that everyone should remain at home except for very limited exceptions. We are complying with this.
Contacting Your Lawyer
With the closure of all our offices our Reception is now also closed. We therefore do not have the technology to transfer calls to our remote workers. If you ring any of our office numbers then you will be invited to contact your lawyer on their direct line number or send them an e-mail if possible. This information can be found via our peoples page. If you do not have these details then you will be asked to send an e-mail to our general office address at email@example.com or ring a specified number. Please bear with us at this time.
Offices & Post
Our London Office is closed and the Team are already at home. Please do not drop off or send any post to this office as we cannot guarantee how quickly this will be collected.
Our Ipswich and Colchester Offices are now closed to the public generally. Clients attending these offices for the signing of important documents such as Wills will be required to make a prior appointment and to ring the bell at the office. Disabled access is available but please request in advance. Post can still be dropped off to these offices through the letterboxes.
Cashiering and Accounts
Our cashiering functions are fully manned and have been set up and are fully functioning remotely. All financial transactions are safeguarded and can therefore be completed in the usual way.
If you would like to meet with your conveyancer or solicitor, please can you book an appointment. You can do this by completing our simple form.
