What Happens at an Employment Tribunal
The Employment Tribunal makes decisions about employment disputes, including unfair dismissal, redundancy and discrimination. Employment Tribunals have the power to award over £100k for successful claims of unfair dismissal. Awards for discrimination are unlimited, with sums in excess of £250k awarded in 2020 alone.
