  • “Over the last year we have been allocating our possession cases to Will Oakes of Attwells Solicitors. This can be a stressful and time consuming process for our landlord clients however Will has made this a smoother process. He is prompt and efficient in getting things done and the response from our landlord clients has been positive.

  • “If Will Oakes were not the first class professional Landlord and Tenant lawyer he is I would have sacked him as I did his predecessor.  Instead, over the last two years, I have come increasingly to respect and to rely upon his professional judgement and advice. Will has not only a thorough grasp of the relevant law but also an understanding of what drives human beings – which includes many landlords and their tenants. That understanding has cajoled me out of making many a mistake.”

    Mr. P

  • “I really appreciate your efforts on this issue Will and you have been a pleasure to work with.”

    Mr. K

  • “I’m glad you liked the hamper but it was only a small gesture. This process was something that I had been avoiding as it all seemed very daunting. Initially I researched a number of solicitors and your website stood out to me, it didn’t seem so officious as the others, I thought you sounded more approachable. This was totally confirmed after our first conversation when you filled me with confidence and made me feel I had the support of someone I could depend on. Will, throughout this procedure you have been able to deliver your opinion and guidance, clearly and simply, using language which I found easy to understand. I think this is a gift! You did not disappoint in any way, in fact you exceeded my expectations. You gave me sound advice which resulted in me being able to keep my beloved Troy which I had already emotionally let go of. So, when I say the success of this project is down to you, I really mean it! I must add that your secretary is a delight, mind you I’m sure she was hand picked by you so no surprise there. You can use any of my correspondence as you wish and if you need anything else written then please ask, it would be a pleasure. Thank you again,”
